45–Day Guarantee / Return Policy

Try a Strikeman Training System for 45 days, risk-free!

If your shooting skills don’t improve or you’re not fully satisfied with a Strikeman product, you can return any part of your order for your money back (customers must pay return shipping and will not be reimbursed for original shipping charges, no exceptions to those rules).

Your 45-day trial period begins from the day your order is shipped.

Return requests can be submitted through the Return Portal. Returns that ARE NOT submitted through the Return Portal WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. We cannot refund ANY orders shipped to the warehouse listed on the label of your package.

For any order outside of the continental US, you can use the same link to initiate your return. The return shipping cost is to be paid by the initiator.

Returns will be accepted until January 31 of the following year for orders placed between November 1st to December 17th.

If your order arrives with an incorrect or missing item, please contact Strikeman Support immediately. We are only able to process missing item, wrong item, or shipping protection claims within 45 days of the warehouse shipment date. Please include a picture of the items that did arrive and the packaging slip when contacting support. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged for another item of the same item up to 45 days from the shipping date.

Exchanges will be accepted until January 31 of the following year for orders placed between November 4th- December 20th.

Strikeman will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to use to return your item.

An invoice for the shipping cost of the replacement item will be issued to the customer, who must pay this invoice before Strikeman ships the replacement item.

If you have purchased a Strikeman System and are exchanging a laser for a different caliber, please return the ENTIRE system and you will receive a new system with the correct laser.

Return Requirements

Orders must be returned with all components included and intact. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a USD $25 fee for the Pro system and a USD $15 fee for all other products. Products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

 

Purchases from 3rd Party Sellers

All purchases made from other platforms or at other locations, e.g., Amazon, eBay, BassPro, gun shows, etc., are to be handled in accordance with the specific reseller’s policies and through their designated return channels.

FINAL SALE

The following items are final sale, and cannot be refunded:

-The Strikeman Pro Target and Strikeman Pro System

-Strikeman Pro App Membership

-Gift Cards 

Warranty Policy

Strikeman stands by its products and offers a one-year warranty from the shipping date. The Strikeman standard warranty covers any manufacturing defects but does not protect against everyday wear and tear, misuse (damage caused by not adhering to documentation), accidental damage, or modification.

  • To submit a warranty claim, please click here and follow the steps on our portal to submit your request.
  • Please explain the issue and attach an image or video for verification.
  • A member of our support team will view the image or video to determine if the issue can be solved with troubleshooting or if a replacement is needed.
  • If a replacement is needed, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible from our Cincinnati office.
  • Warranty replacements may be new or open-box products that have been tested and confirmed to be working properly.
